      Thanks! Yes, sorry the formatting wasn’t able to be implemented at the Word Press site for that publisher. They tried, but weren’t able to, possibly due to an old version of the Word Press app.

      I asked Zumwalt (sorry for the delay) and he indicated it was based on observation of how a few people like to pick fights on FB for the sake of being engaged in conflict. He is not sure why he picked hockey — just sort of happened — maybe because of the joke “Last night, I went to a fight, and a hockey match broke out.”
