Zumwalt Poems Online

Reading about this tragic incident in Minneapolis to find out some more about Renée Good, the woman who lost her life in yesterday’s ICE incident. Putting all politics aside, it is very sad to lose any innocent life, whether that of a parent, poet, writer, or musician. Renée Good was all four.

It would be a strange thing, no matter what, but this definitely adds an extra layer

The whole incident is a travesty. I cannot believe that Trump and those in the White House are blaming this poor woman for her own death. I am speechless.

It’s a terrible tragedy, and entirely the fault of federal forces based on all the evidence we have. I don’t hope for this government to change their ways, since they obviously don’t give a damn if more of us die — I just hope people finally wake up to that fact and act in defense of the republic and our rights before it’s too late. Hope she’s at rest and that her family can somehow find peace.
