Nuit Blanche

Nuit Blanche

February’s snow buried midnight
And swallowed one a.m. in subsequent flurries
Monday’s second hour
Like one of Ilium’s layers
Ruined
Awaits its inexorable interment
Atop the wrecks of its predecessors

— Zumwalt (19 February 1979,Washington, DC)

    All,

Thanks for continuing to visit this site. Been without internet access for a while (knowing that I had previouslt auto-scheduled several posts) and cannot access WordPress at work –so will try to do my best to keep up with this blog and your blogs in the little free time I have on the weekends.

It’ll take more than a few feet of snow to white wash that bunch.
